Terms of Use Meeting Times Conditions: If you need to cancel your appointment, please give me at least 48 hours notice to avoid being charged for the session. Once you reserve a session and no specific allocation of time has been established, a minimum of 60 minutes will be used. You are responsible to pay for the full amount of your scheduled time if you miss your appointment without at least 48 hours notice. If you schedule a time but come late (using instant messenger etc.), the clock still starts at the scheduled time. For your convenience, the generally agreed upon time will be set at the flow in sports home page (http://www.flowinsports.com). If I am late, I will owe you free time equal to the amount by which I am late (up to 30 minutes). If I miss the appointment without sufficient notice to you, then I will owe you the time that you scheduled or up to thirty minutes. Tennis Lessons Conditions: After reserving a tennis lesson, you must advice us at least 48 hours in advance to change or cancel an appointment; otherwise you are responsible to pay the full amount for the lesson. Lessons are at least 60 minutes. In case of login ID’s and passwords are used on this site, you agree not share this information. We are not responsible for any services incurred nor will any refund be issued. No exchange or transfer of flow minutes is allowed. Upon expiration of your flow minutes or in the case when time is left on your membership, no reimbursement or exchange is allowed. Do not reprint, republish, repost, or otherwise distribute or transmit content or images presented on this site. Downloading is easy, but just because you may be able to copy our content or receive mental skills exercises doesn't mean you own it. Unauthorized use of or copying or distributing of our content, trademarks, and other proprietary material can subject you to civil or even criminal liability. You also agree not to post any copyrighted material unless the copyright is owned by you or you have consent from the owner of the copyrighted material. Please don't violate our copyright. No advertising, trading of goods or services, or other commercial use is allowed except in classified ad forums. No bulk e-mail, junk mail or spam, chain letters, or repeat postings of the same message is permitted anywhere on the forums. Money Back Policy: If you are not 100% completely satisfied with our services, you get your money back! This is good for all Flow in Sports consulting and / or Flow in Sports tutoring sessions. Please note this offer is good for all new users who try our services for the very 1st time and is good for a one hoursession only. You may not claim a refund when you receive other promotional offers such as products or services that are given to you in addition to the services or products received at <em>Flow in Sports</em>. Claims must be made within 48 hours of the expiration of the flow minutes. In the case that you receive additional time as a promotional offer, you must advise us of your unsatisfaction with our services after the 1st hour of services and within 48 hours. <strong>You cannot benefit from the promotional time and then receive a refund. Refund: In the case of requesting a refund of any kind, there is a 10% administrative charge that applies. Tennis Camp: Please be aware of the club house rules that exist within the Cote Saint Luc Tennis camp. Please bring proper attire (flat soled shoes, tennis shorts and shirt. Risks: As with most sports, there is an inherant risk in playing sports. Flow in sports is not responsible for any damages caused during tennis lessons or other sports that takes place. You assume all the risks while playing sports.
